Lois Golbeck, CPA, Senior Vice President and Shareholder

Lois N. Golbeck joined Gillham & Associates, Inc. in 1994 and assumed the position of senior vice president and shareholder in 2000 when the firm’s name was changed to Gillham, Golbeck & Associates, Inc. to acknowledge her expanded role.  Ms. Golbeck is an active member of the Dallas chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), The Real Estate Council (TREC) and serves as an officer on the board of Real Estate Financial Executives Association (REFEA), including president of the group during 2007-2008.  She is a member of the Texas Society of CPAs and the Dallas CPA Society.

Before joining Gillham, Ms. Golbeck was director of finance for Equitable Real Estate Investment Management in Dallas, where she was responsible for client reporting on a portfolio valued at more than $3 billion.  She began her career as an auditor with the international accounting firm of Deloitte Haskins & Sells (now Deloitte) and graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Accounting.
