Jamie Smith, Vice President

As a senior member of Gillham, Golbeck & Associates, Inc. Jamie Smith works closely with all types of clients in commercial real estate.  She is responsible for national and international business development and has particular expertise in asset and portfolio management, real estate development, and resort/hospitality properties.  During her more than 14 years of experience, Ms. Smith has mentored, trained and led many high-performance teams within the financial services, real estate and development industries.

Previously, she served as managing general partner with Clarke Carrington, LLP, in Plano, Texas.  Ms. Smith holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts from Grove City College in Pennsylvania where she graduated Cum Laude.  She participates in numerous professional real estate organizations including CREW, TREC, IREM and ULI.
