Christina Hawn, Director of Operations

Christina Hawn joined Gillham, Golbeck & Associates, Inc. in 2008 and assumed the position of Director of Operations. In her role, she is responsible for daily operations and also participates in both searches and research. She has worked on commercial real estate searches in Texas, Kansas, and Illinois.

Before joining Gillham, Golbeck, Ms. Hawn held positions as an underwriter and vice president of closing and loan administration for Bridger Commercial Funding. She was responsible for all aspects of a commercial loan transaction from application to securitization including financial analysis, property market evaluation, coordinating third party reports and loan documentation, as well as quality and control audits of file. During her nine years of experience in commercial real estate, Ms. Hawn has participated in planning, budgeting and training at multiple levels of an organization.

Christina holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Columbia College in Columbia, Missouri.
